Use PublishWithContext instad of Publish (#337)
Update the GO tutorials with PublishWithContext instead of Publish

Publish is deprecated.

As context, I used:  `context.WithTimeout(context.Background(), 5*time.Second)`
update the Golang Version to 1.7
